  • One of my all time favorite games. Thank you for posting.

  • Listen to Rich Rod, he seems so much more confident during the interview then at any point during his tenure as the head coach at Michigan. Great guy, hope it works out wherever he goes next.

  • I came here to watch this because some Michigan people said Lefty called this game. Watching this game, you see how ridiculous Michigan's offensive line was this year. Getting 10 yards every time on a draw against an SEC team is crazy. I'm not sure if Auburn will be able to do that. Otherwise, I do like this game plan.

  • Michigan was great this year and the two before it, but they just couldn't seem to finish.

  • @zippy476 i absolutely agree with ur last statement. I understand that we won more games because of our D. Going from what, 117th in the country to 7th will definitely win u more games. But with the spread, it got almost completely shut out in B1G play. sure, they popped Delaware state for 65, but in league play, the record was awful. I think the pro style is much more consistent. Midwest kids r better suited for pro imo. look how MSU benefited from the lack of UM recruiting midwest

  • @clfritz1982 Bowl eligible but how many ranked? 72 is almost a touchdown per game that's a big difference. Shootouts wasn't offense it was lack of defense. No I am saying that if you look at trends specifically in the big ten older teams tend to do better. Big Ten teams usually tend to be older then other conferences as well. I am just saying team age contributed this year as well.

This year was successful not because of the O but the D is all I'm saying.

  • @zippy476 11 out of 12 teams michigan played were bowl eligible. If you want to say they had a weak schedule, then by all means go ahead. but the '07 team scored 354 points and the '10 team scored 426. 72 isnt that much different when u take into account that the spread is a quick strike offense, and most of the wins had to be in shootouts. And r u saying that being one of the oldest is a bad thing? 3 frosh's started on the D this year. they wont be that old

  • @iri1shman86 I dont think i made a comparison to the 07 team to this years team. I just stated the records running the spread. I think the pro style is better suited for michigan, seeing as the spread didnt lead to quite the success that every thought it would.

  • @clfritz1982 You mean the spread that put up more points then most in the country? Weak schedule and defense won out this year. Michigan was one of the youngest teams in the big 10 and now they are one of the oldest.
