Hey this is cool! The water from the well looks good enough to drink right then and there! Would you mind holding your camera a bit more steady haha, I got a bit dizzy. It was also great to hear you speak some of the local language. It shows that you are not just an ignorant tourist. How many people live in those houses?

Since then I have realized that the brown grains on the ground were not wheat but rice. After rice is harvested it is brown. There are 2 husks. The first husk is inedible and must be removed, like a peanut shell. When the second layer is kept intact it is called brown rice. Like the thin brown middle part over the peanut. It's when they take off both husks they are left with white rice, which is the staple carbohydrate for a lot of Asia. A very simple machine removes the husks.
