Dirk Walthers, A German hydrology engineer and Shanta Sheela Nair (then IAS, now retired and Vice-Chairman of Tamil Nadu State Planning Commission) were involved in re-constructing a Ooruni (village drinking water body) which had been in disuse. This 30 min long video may have poorly shot (headless body at times!) video, shaky handycam, poor voice quality etc. But I think it has worthwhile learnings. -- Badri Seshadri, 22/01/2012
