UT3 FOV

Showing the difference between FOV 80 (FOV = Field of view) and FOV 100. In some servers online you may be able to change the FOV up to 120 through the UTcomp console, or you may need to change the value in your .ini file. Anyway 120 is too much for me.

I play UT2k4 and Q3 with 120fov always xD

and UT3 only 100 max grr

actually you can edite the .ini file of UT3 where the value for the FOV is stored. Change the max fov with 120 and you will have FOV 120 in the game.

AND, if you play in custom servers with UT COMP, you can change the fov from there (there is a public console which adds some options to the game...but only in UT COMP servers, that is almost all, just on good servers).

google it, on epic games forums you will find really many tweaks.

However all the config files are in

C:\Users\rogermorse\Documents\­My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config

the file in which you can find the FOV value is UTEngine.ini

yes I know, but had trying with a FreeFov mutator and doesn't have any effect...lolz
