re: the nutrition 16/16, it is conscientious to make such a video but like many, the importance of carbohydrates is over-stressed by virtue of the fact that proteins (coming from a greek word meaning- OF FIRST IMPORTANCE) and fats-lipids are under represented. carbohydrates are for using the body's resources in the production of energy, proteins and fats reconstruct the body as well as regulate its activities. all three are absolutely essential.
