Much obliged, you solved my problem. But I feel that it's necessary to point out that I didn't become an atheist to rebel against authority. Bertrand Russel once said "When you're studying any matter or considering any philosophy, look only at: What are the facts?" I spent about a week devoting all of my leisure time to doing just that, and I ultimately concluded that religion is completely illogical. In many ways, it's its own paradox.
