@jssouthtx....Use 850-1000 Mah batteries for the speed runs to save weight. It will make a huge difference.

How did you get the tires so perfectly aligned? I can't get mine past 45 with out it pulling to one side
MrFrisch37 7 months ago
@MrFrisch37 I didn't really do anything to align it. I know if your diffs arent functioning properly it can cause it to pull at high speeds. I did measure the toe front and rear. true on the front with a very slight toe in on the rear is how i had it setup. Good luck w/ yours

You have the Batteries between the two rear wheels? I Bought the savage flux hp about a week ago said that they wouldnt come in till Mon- Wed. I was told today that they discontinued this body style and said that the new one has a different body. Paid 674.99 and they gave me back 100 because it cheaper..? they said everything was the same like the Tork 2200 and the blur system along with the 2.4Ghz Raido so i cant wait to see how this new Flux looks like!:)

Awesome! Been watchn ya.gettn back into it and can't wait to get a savage flux.what are you doin to get these speeds, just gears and batteries?
amber7435 10 months ago
@amber7435 Yup, mostly. Modded tires are about the only other thing needed for 65+mph. I used cheap batteries too. So a good set of lipos plus gears and tires should hit eighty no prob. Good luck :D
