5th statue demo

Read the description, please:

Demonstration of adding a 5th boss statue in the statue room. This is just a simple design for this demo.

This example checks to see if I have Varia equipped, since I don't have an actual event bit to set for it to check, then sets the other bosses dead to show it does not just hijack one of the other 4. It's a completely separate statue with it's own animation and statue data.

I altered mine to operate differently than the others when it does to show you can make it die a special way. Mine has the upper pillar drop into the main pillar before turning gray.

At the end, I was showing that it also checks it's own event bit that I made it set in the statue death event bits to set itself as dead and set the palette correctly.

I definitely want to figure this out! It is pretty much the same thing as the original, but it sure seems different with the other "statue."

I put up a complete disassembly of the animation bank, including the statue data and asm at metroid construction forums, in the Super Metroid forum.

Just get the zip for that file and a log of me explaining how animation works.

I love games that have a lot of new content or can have!!!

Why change graphics and all? just re arange some stuffs and that's it, some ppl like old stile games or sagas to be continuated not dsitorted.

..plus, isn't it easier for the ones that creates those games? xD I mean, they're familiarized.... if such a case.... ever.... happen.... =))
