Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe Video

100g x Butter
Ingredients:

1/2 cup x Brown Sugar
1 x Egg
4 Tbsp x Peanut Butter ( crunchy)
1/2 tsp x Salt
2 cups x All purpose flour
1/2 tsp x Bicarbonate of Soda

Prepearation:

Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in egg.
Add peanut butter and salt.
Add soda to flour and sift into mixture.
Mix well.
Roll dough into small balls and place on wax paper.
Bake for around 8 minutes.
Allow to stand and cool.
