i have all achievements and it adds up to 100, how come the 51st achievement is hidden, and also i belive its the brass balls achievement, can i beat the game without dieing on any difficulty or does it have to be hard?

you cant get all in one playthrough...you get one for saving all the little sisters and one for harvesting them

@TroubleyDee No your thinking of the second one the first one requires you to beat it on hard with vita chambers off.

You have to play through the game on Hard with using Vita-Chambers.

and also u dont have to disable vita chambers to get the brass balls achivemnt u can just go back to previous save, thats what i did and i got the achivement
