How to draw an eye (Female)

This is my first video and i thought i would create a quick tutorial on how to draw a female eye, manga style.
I mixed the style with Michael Turner style art.
I like to break it down into 3 steps.

1.Draw a box, this will contain the eye, the box should be the same size on both sides of the face.

2. Draw the general shape of the eye, this can be anything from an oval, walnut type shape to a circle, experiment.

3. Draw in the details, draw in the shape, then eyelashes, don't draw each individual eyelash or the eye will look very strange, instead draw them as a mass (the blacked in portion of the eye), then draw a few eye lashes coming out from the mass.
The eye lids can be just a few lines above the eye.
The eyeball is essentially 2 circles a larger circle and a smaller black one, you can also add in light patches and other details.
Lastly the eyebrow, I did a quick triangle shape and small lines on either side, its a quick way to do it but don't get used to doing it that way, experiment with different styles).

am gonna rate you low, nothing personal. the title says how to draw eyes, but you dont explain anything nor is there any narration, just junk music. kinda pointless.

No problem, its up to you if you wanna rate me low, but just to clear a few things up, the title is 'how to draw an eye', not how to draw eyes, if you watch the end of the movie I separate out each layer into stages and explain the process as well as this i have also placed a detailed explanation in the video description above, as for the music, well thats just preference. From your comment it sounds like you haven't even watched the video.

is the volito 2 a good wacom???what you think of it,i need to buy one and the other are so expensive

The volito is a very good entry level graphics tablets but it is very simple, the problem with it is that once you start getting better at using tablets and all round art or whatever else you are using it for, it has trouble keeping up, so very soon you'll find you want a better one, in retrospect i should have gone for a more expensive one (maybe the Graphire) because now i feel as if i've gone as far as i can with the volito and have to spend more money for a new one.

@GigantGatlingGun, try chcking ur brush or your pen doesn not have that ability, I suggest buying one of Wacoms newest Bamboo collections. I got the Bamboo FUN, and I have that ability. But it's kinda pricy, but it's worth it. :)

this is why artists should envelop their own personilized style into drawing... otherwise we'd all be taking 5 minutes on drawing ONE eye lol... not saying its not good.. it is, infact almost the same as michael turners style... but its the fact that michael turner would take 20 seconds drawing an eye... becuase its his own style and he knows how...

hey how come my brush doesnt do that thing o.o where it goes thinner or fatter as the pressure on the tablet/pen rises? it used to do it but now it dont how come plz help?!
