This is a video put together by one of the guys in our unit of some of the events during our mobilization at Camp Atterbury, IN and Hohenfels, Germany for our KFOR9 mission in Kosovo. Some of the stuff you'll never see in the Army recruiting commercials. The picture in the end is Mt. Duke, the mountain seen from Camp Bondsteel. Thanks SPC Jones!

U know where we would like to be is home, w/ our families & in our country. The US has it's own problems but our soldiers are tasked out to help fix everyones problems. UR comment about his roots in Russia or Serbia...not sure what that is supposed to mean, but if u r referring to SpecterDeflecter he is from TX and u don't get much more American than that, regardless if he is 1/3 Serbian. P.S. clean up the trash in ur country especially the 500 plastic bottles in ur streams. Shame on U!!

(If you can look past the bombed out buildings, and the occasional mass grave) I made a few friends there, both Serb and Albanian. (And I would REALLY like to go back to Bulgaria.... I mean really...the girls there are unbelievably gorgeous)

I agree. Unfortunately we never got to go to Bulgaria. I enjoyed talking to both KOS and KOA. We were in Germany through September. It was a blast, especially when we got to go off post.
