They haven't been to the polls in 16 years - now they've been 2 days in a row.

Angolans have been voting for an unscheduled second day in parliamentary elections, after Friday's vote was hit by major delays.

    but Its a dissapointment nonetheless...

    I think by 'critical international observers' the reporter meant should something go wrong these observers would react critically?

  • Certainly there were many problems with administration procedures in electoral stations but this is the first time elections have been held in almost 2 decades. Id imagine they would be better at it next time.

    "Critical international observers"? Both the EU and African electoral observers have said this vote was a fair one.
