@Scratchmakerdude if one is trustee and beneficiary of a trust he only is a party to the contract in his capacity as trustee but not as beneficiary. The grantor doesn't have the power to sign for anyone, only for himself. The trustee can assign an Authorized Agent to do the signing.

@MrFmmcosta The trustee/beneficiary is a party to the contract if someone signed on their behalf. Also it is possible to be Grantor/Trustee and Benificiary if there is more than one beneficiary. Surely the Grantor would be the one who has the ability to sign for the trustee and the beneficiary.....?????

@Scratchmakerdude which means that one has 2 distinct capacities. The "trustee" as beneficiary still has no rights and is not a party to the contract.

yeah... but the beneficiary isn't a party to the contract. the relationship/contract is between the grantor and the trustee.

State holds the title to the child, so they have the fiduciary responsibility and are in breech of trust relationship.. They use all properties as collateral, securitize houses, cars, signatures, etc, and Birth Certificates, and they have breeched the trust relationship and embezzled from the trust property, not paid the inheritence taxes and pass that off on the people based on construing the trust and presumptions, all illegal and are in violation of their oaths.

on 4th session Alfred started talking about belief and religion. Not long time ago I discovered one man how said a lot about that. His name is OSHO. Im sure if you go through his books it will create better understanding at least as knowledge. Try it and you will see. Start with his Autobiography, read his Tantra, Zen, Intuition and many others....and you will discover how all religions are as maps but when you will only watching maps only you will miss the point where are you going.
