sweet, I recently heard an old Allman Brothers CD and the guitarist had that same kind of sound going. I just got an ES335.

This was to demonstrate soloing over the E, B and A chords. These are the I, V and IV chords in the key of E major because they are major chords built on the first, fifth, and fourth notes of the E major scale. I used a Boss Loop Station to loop the chord and solo over them. And a Hamer guitar because they RULE.
