As suggested by The N Friend or Then Friend: "the lies and defilement of the khozains must be shown to world!" For my part, that type of play is great, only thing is that details about it are not as fast coming as I would expect from a modern viral spread like that. Doing it with a corporation would've help done a superb display of micro management marketing. We'll see with time.

What I didn't know was the parts concerning the sending of the test kits. Excellent question! Now that you bring some intel on the existence of these other groups, if we can consider Shineisei as part of those 9 corps, then some others are still left to fill the blank, we'll surely see with more details, but there's a place I haven't checked enough to confirm this now from readings.
