good to hear this and hope a lot of younger heads catch the sentiment here, I'm 30 yrs in this game and how I remember is that you had to wade thru the critisism to get to your props but you understood where it was coming from, now when you try to impliment that same deal young cats call you a hater and slam you for being negative and that hurts cos thats not where its coming from
