Oh My! Lindsay Lohan Wears Allegedly Stolen Necklace!

Slinking out of Fred Segal after some retail therapy, recently-rehabbed Lindsay Lohan is seen wearing a one-of-a-kind necklace that was reported stolen by Kamofie & Co., the jewelry store from which it was reported shoplifted.

Apparently, the store has surveillance footage which clearly shows girlfriend wearing the necklace inside the store before it went "missing." And then later, many agencies photographed the actress wearing the unique fixture out in public. Oh, my!

Word on the street is that criminal charges are about to be dropped on the troubled actress. Oh, Lindsay.

UPDATE: The necklace in question was reportedly returned to a police substation by Lindsay Lohan's stylist -- within a couple of hours of a search warrant being processed to enter the actress' home.

Apparently, Lindz claims that the necklace was "loaned" to her by the jewelry store -- only thing is, the store has no "loaner" policy. Uh oh.
