Our 16 week old Boston Terrier pup *really* wants to play with the cat, but he knows who's the boss so he keeps a good distance in this video. It;s their first off-leash encounter...

I'm considering getting a BT puppy in a month or 2, but i currently have a 9month old house cat that hasn't been introduced to any other animals yet, would it be safe to have them together? or is the cat likely to hurt the puppy? sorry for all the questions :P

@nikeprincess90 Well, it's hard to say, it all depends on the animals and how you introduce and train them. There are a lot of good books out there on the subject, I recommend reading up on it. I had this little guy penned off from the cat for a few days, so the cat could see him, but not feel threatened. When we finally let him into the room with the cat, the cat wasn't scared.

i have not seen a boston with all black paws/legs. my boston has white legs with black spots. cute video! sassy little things, aren't they (lol)
