This is what it looks like when you first get all of the chaos and super emeralds in S3&K and it also shows a small clip of Hyper Sonic ^^

2. Run up slopes and walls without slowing down or stoping

3. Hyper Flash...kills all enemies on-screen (except bosses) and shoots Sonic in any direction (better than all the sheilds combined)
