Thanks so much for posting that (and the one on the shoulders too). My students are always looking for ways to strength train especially if they don't have a pole at home so I had them watch this and they're really appreciative!!!!

cool how many times do you suggest we do that on each arm? this will also make my wrists stronger for massage therapy. thank you =)

Hi Veena,
That also helps with carpal tunnel syndrome.For any of our fellow YouTubers that spend a great deal of time on the computer, or do a repetitious job, this is perfect for that too:)
