TY for this video! I did a vertical fitness class on vaca and im hooked!!! I just got my xpole xpert tonight and OMG! its so much fun :D Do you get use to spinning cuz dang I get gizzy fast..... Awesome job!! totally subscribed just sayin lol

You said this was old so I hope you know this by now but when you do your front hook you need to clench you butt and stick out your pelvis. It looks so much better. Also on your 'forward falling spin', bring your hand closer to your knee that begins on the pole (same reason, looks better).
Also I'm pointing out that you missed lots of variations on the fireman spin and how to do a basic invert even though you did two moves that need it.

I agree with previous comment. Gym shoes ruined the video. You also don't put any grace into your moves.

@AprilAshLove this video was meant to be more fitness than sexy or graceful, i was only trying to show a bunch of beginner moves. But on another note, your technology video made me laugh. so next time you judge, make sure that youre ready to be judged in return, because you werent very graceful yourself dear. also, this video is like 3yrs old, ive progressed quite a bit and won alot of national competitions since then.. ;)

Sorry to be picky, good video, just a couple of things I think you can work on, pointing toes and keeping legs straight when doing moves :) x

@littlemissrach1 thanks, if you watch my other videos, i dont flex my feet and legs as much as this series of vids.. for some reason, i feel akward dancing in tennis shoes.. lol..
