The only genetic marker that Native Americans share with Africans is the one that everyone shares with Africans FROM THE FIRST HUMAN MIGRATION FROM OVER 50,000 YEARS AGO!No modern African markers have been found in Native Americans populations so ask me for DNA video! Although one might be misled to believe that Natives probably have "black ancestry" based on some of their features, you're forgetting that all DNA evidence states that they are clearly not descendants of Blacks or Whites. Take into account that Natives' have been here for at least 12,000 years. That's long enough for some of them to have adapted differently to their environments which would create distinct features amongst the various groups depending on their location.

Native americans are proto-mongoloid. This is why there features are different. There features are more old, primitive, and tribal. But east asians (from east asia) were the result of Ice age influenced, while Native americans did not become effected by the ice age.

It was embarrassing for Afrocentrics to even try to make the Black-Olmec connection. All it did was fuel the hopes in African Americans that their peeps did something extraordinary--i.e., cross the Atlantic to build statues in Mexico. But the fact is, West Africans were not seafaring people. They would've perished a few miles off the West African Coast. However, if blacks still want to insist, then they should do what modern Hawaiians did: authentically re-create the ancient voyages!
