http://Shop.StrongerTeam.com - Do you WAIT for a workout or practice to start or do you PREPARE for a workout or practice to start? There is a huge difference! Great players PREPARE!

This concept was inspired by something I heard Coach Kevin Eastman (Boston Celtics) say at the Nike Skills Academies.

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom - i use this talk with my team and the kids i coach in development camps, i also now direct them to this page - the power of the outside voice does wonders!!! Thanks for posting this up!

  • Hi coach, thx for the speech its really inspirational and it helped me to improve alot. But as I play in a higher level, i often find myself losing confidence on the court for eg stupid turnovers, unable to drive fearless to the basket etc. I don't noe if its because of the better players i face or returning from a key player of the team to a bench warmer. I think this a huge road block im facing at the moment and it would really help if u may teach me. thx!

  • @uprock23 Awesome! I love it, thanks for sharing!

  • @ strongerteam, a quote from zig ziglar comes to mind - You were born to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win.”
