Henna parties are great fun--I have been to Palestinian ones where men mingled with the ladies, but maybe because they were Christian and very educated professionals. I would love to attend a Moroccan Sephardi henna party. This is the Oriental tradition--fabulous!

no you're wrong they are moroccan jews, and from the north of morocco, tangier probably.
I know that certenly because I'm moroccan and I saw the dress of the bride, a tipical jews bride dress from tangier, and the song is moroccan popular music for weddings and party
