Create Columns Using Your Taxonomy

In this video I show how to create a column from your company's taxonomy. This is a good way to enforce policy and have dynamic and relevant note: you don't need central admin access to access the term store. Provided you have proper access to your site you can access the term store management tool via site action -- site settings then under site administration -- click on term store management
