This is the 4th installment of Bad Game here on Megascorcher. We look into one of the obvious ones this week, the terrible first Turtles game on the NES was a shitfest that blew so hard, well it resulted in this.

If you were expecting the arcade game, you'd be disappointed, but I didn't think the game itself was bad and I had fun with it...much like the NES version of Strider was different from the arcade version.

Uh? This was never meant to be an arcade port, TMNT II for the NES is the arcade port.

@megascorchertv right, but everyone bought this one *thinking* they were getting the arcade game. that's why it gets so much hate.

Level designs are so repetitive it gets boring. Controls aren't that great, it even sucks when it comes to jump with precision. Plus, half of the cast is useless, just try to finish this game with Michelangelo or Raphael ! Donatello's Bo is the only valuable weapon on this game.

There's lot of fucked up details, like all ennemies spawn again right after you left the screen, or unreachable pizzas, or useless segments in levels...

THAT'S why this game is shit.
