I also have a few of these, plus I have four babies, one of my males just died, he was my first one and he went everywhere with me in a sugar glider pouch around my neck lol! But one of my females has babies that were born on the 5th of September and he is the dad so I am going to keep one out of this litter!

You keep possums as pets??? I have a ring tail possum who has lived in my roof cavity for the last 7 years. He is sooo cute - he got stuck once trying to get out (had put on a few kilos) so I fed him apple until he lost some weight and could get out again! We have brush tails too - they're nasty!

These are just little pygmys from South America. I used to do some work under houses and ran into the big kind we have in North America. I would NOT want to mess with an adult of those. Maybe your brush tails and such as similar. Love the ring tail story.

The body grows more than the tail. Then again in a pygmy everything is shorter than normal right? What do I do when they grow up? Will they be 'big pygmys'? Is an Oxymoron someone who didn't get enough oxygen at birth?
