Naturally, Jessica is closer to what these days is considered the 'perfect' femme fatale. However, Betty was probably the very first cartoon woman ever being drawn as such. There are several Cartoons of her that are more than slightly suggestive, but downright naughty, flashing her panties or, occasionally even, lack of.
