I am not stopping here. I want a regulation indoor track for NYC. The place where it all started. It seems the city's thinking is cyclists have the whole world to ride on so why a track? That argument is like saying swimmers have the ocean, so why give them pools? Does anyone like USA's results in cycling or swimming in the olympics? Can you see why that happened? If you build more tracks you will have less riders on the road training. It is a no brainer...
