caisy33: People aren't laughing at a dead whale, they're lauhging because the workers blew the thing into sushi sized bits, which rained down everywhere.
I'm sad about the whale too, but he's in a better place now. Like maybe a tuna can.
As for "they could find at least some non-rotted parts of the body and go help other whales"': what would you suggest - organ transplants?

I agree, but unfortunately, the report is severely abridged. Much of the original story is lost.
