Assessing Typhoon Ondoy's Flood Devastation in Marikina City, Philippines

Sept. 28, 2009 - One of the hardest hit areas during the ravaging of Typhoon Ondoy in the Philippines is Marikina City where no one was spared with flood waters in historic levels. Many victims were found along the river banks of Marikina River.
