@TheScottypom So it is definately a huge possibility that a weather war is going on that nobody knows for sure about. Only the people running the show can answer that question with certainty. But what is for certain is that the technology exists and I believe they are putting it into use. North America and Russia has invested alot of money in the last couple years in building thousands of underground bunkers and plant seed storage. Makes you wonder what they are so worried about right?

@TheScottypom And just to add, I was refering to the larger hurricanes in my previous comment. Larger hurricanes were never seen following straight paths before.

@TheScottypom Well, I don't think they are all caused by HAARP. Global warming is thought to be the reason for the increased tornadoes in northern Canada and in other parts of the world. But, it is interesting to note that hurricane Katrina didn't follow a normal hurricane path because it moved in a straight line, and hurricanes were never known to do that. Many other hurricanes in 2005 also moved in this way, as if they were being guided.

@Event762 The USA owns three HAARP locations. If one were to go down I'm sure they would protect the other two and just rebuild the one that went down. . . And as far as the security, if they are actually using this technology to cause earthquakes, then I dont think that they would want to make things too obvious. Im not sure how they actually fully activate the technology, but I'm sure it's just the push of a button from a "secret" area.
Well, for the Gakona facility in Alaska, 3.6 MW is the total transmitter power feeding the towers, but the total radiated power (ERP) by this one facility is 5.1 Gigawatts at its maximum output. . The USA also owns two other facilities, one in Fairbanks Alaska and another in Puerto Rico. All combined are surely enough to trigger an earthquake along a fault line. I got alot of my info from a credible source, a documentary aired on the history channel, I'm sure they are not making this up either!

What nonsense.
Putting HAARP'S 3.6MW of EM energy into the atmosphere is not going to result in earthquakes which have an power output billions of times higher.
Look up the Taldom transmitter in Russia or the Bolshakovo transmitter...2.5 MW used for normal broadcasting. There a many tower around the world over 1MW in output. Oh and Elenin is a normal comet smaller than Halley which passed many times without incident.

@Sionn5 And I am glad you brought this up, Russia has an IRI facility as well (Ionospheric Research Instrument) which has an ERP (effective radiated power) of 170 MW, and Europe has one with an ERP of 1 Gigawatt. . This is not something that is in physics books yet as the technology for this was recently discovered and put into use, but I`m sure it soon will be.

Indeed but effective radiated power is not a good measure. My 5W torch can be a 1GW source is I focus that energy into a small enough volume. Typically, ERP is obtained by focusing the radiation into a small volume.
Think about it, six 3600HP generators can not produce 5.1GW of real power. The produce 3.6MW and then the radiation is concentrated into a smaller region in the atmosphere. Even then the energy density in the air is much lower than solar radiation.

@Sionn5 OK, I see your point. I think their is another aspect, we are possibly missing though, because if it really was nothing major to be concerned about, I do not see why the European Union was so concerned for the Global health of our environment in 1999, from the development of HAARP.
