big rat

It's a big rat... Come on, it's pretty darn big for a roof rat. It's not like it's a capybara or something jeez

Notes for the concerned people out there: this rat is the same kind of rat that carries BLACK PLAGUE!!! Not a Norwegian rat or a domesticated "fancy" rat. It was humanely "put down" and was disposed of in accordance with local laws.

@whatbuttondoipush If you dont want the cat, put it up for adoption in your local animal shelter.

Don't you want to now that the animal is in good hands instead of not knowing who you gave it to cause you gave it for free on youtube?

Plus in the animal shelter they give it a good home, and check if the people have a good home and make sure that they can afford having a pet. And that they arent animal abusers... so ya !:) Give it up for adoption :D

I caught 1 in my basement tonight that was way bigger than that. I put my tennis shoe next to it (size 12) & the body was about the same length if not bigger, with a huge tale. Think it was a norwegian rat, caught it in a snap trap. I got a 1yr old niece & a 5yr old nephew & was afraid it would bite them. There's 2 in my kitchen that ate through 2 loaves of bread!! & only snap traps are working, bot glue traps or poison.

Folks, that is a stray rat that somebody probably released. It's bred to be black with white spots on the belly- you can see a little white. It didn't need to be put down. She could have been put up for adoption.

Hm its a normal sized rat, rats in the petstore have that size too. I've seen them twice as big.
