575 missed raw DL on Dec 5 2009 for WBB contest
no belt - still can't figure out how to use one yet on a DL
Would have been a 30 lb PR DL with just chalk - still short of 585 PR with straps
but still need to get stronger... :-)
Too exhausted trying to do a max DL and max squat in just 2.5 hrs... and not eating for 5 hrs... a regular PL comp over 8-10 hrs is better... :) time to eat at least...
Any constructive review is welcome...
