  • When Ralph Rinzler first brought Doc Watson to NYC in the early sixties, Doc, who had been used to playing in noisy barrooms and dance halls, loved the fact that the New York folkies would sit silently and hang on every note as he played his acoustic instruments and sang for them.

  • @ArkRed1 This sadly happened when Rachel performed with Uncle Earl in Belgium..unbelievable!!!

  • I've -- belatedly,I know -- become a huge fan of yours, Rachel. When you make it to my neck of the woods I'll be sure to not miss out.

  • People, shut the hell up!!! Damn, don't you have any respect for a talented person like Rachel. That's really a bunch of crap. Just gabbing away like she wasn't even there. I hope the yak on their cell phones or text during your funeral. What a bunch a creeps. Sheesh!

  • Good to hear and see you Rachel. Love Juliann Johnson also. Hope to see you and Kristian at Cliftop 2010. Tish

  • ...now she's on tour with all time girl group:"Uncle Earl"
