hmmm, this is not very good. coach, you should have done the video instead. I am not sure I want to visualize this swimmer when I swim.

hey hi can you give me some tips i was on another swimming club that im now and there the coach never said to do the 2 side brething so now i do only right brething how can i train the left any ideas cause when i do the left breath i loose it so any tips

Great question...start off simple, use a kick board and practice rotating to your least favorite side.Gradually start to time this with arm movements.
Remember rotate hips then move arms.

thank you so much for posting this. I was severly wounded in Iraq last year, and I was immobile for months. I am doing great now and have use of my lower body again, but it hurts to run long distance. So I was looking for somthing else. When one of my docs who is a trialethlet recommended swimming. however my technique was never any good so I'm glad that there are resources like this to help me not embarrass my self at the pool.
