  • WOW! Where did you get this? Do you have any more performances from this show? I believe it was called Something Else. I was really into Crabby Appleton which is why I watched it. I seem to remember a performance by Ides Of March as well.

  • Haha, Mike running for his guitar, this is GREAT!!

  • CRABBY APPLETON! Yes, they were a great band, but largely flew under the radar. Shame, that. But this song did make the Top 40, I believe.

And John BYNER! OMG, how freakin' YOUNG we were back then! (John Byner turned down the part of "Mork, from Ork").

  • Could never understand why Crabby Appleton were so ignored. They were a really great band.

  • Agree with Mike. I remember hearing it a few times on the radio back when it scraped the charts in '70. A truly great yet largely ignored rock n roll song.

  • saw these guys back in 1969 opening for the guess who, i remember the organ player slaming his hammond on the stage, very 60's

  • been looking for this one to show my kids! They should make a movie with Hugh Jackman of these guys. The singer and Hugh look an awful lot alike. Bet the movie would be better than "Almost Famous". Love this band!

  • Certainly not ignored by me CJurasin. This is one of my favorist from my time in high school back in the 70s.
