Ugh! I have windows 7 and my drivers wont install it i went to the windows 7 drivers and apperantly its not avaible!!! Does anyone know where the drivers are located?

ok i got one at a thrift store. it works cuz it installed just when i plugged it in. i dont have a cd rom. but it said it installed. i got it for 3 bucks. when i plug it in the lights blink but it doesnt start up. HELP!
