Net Neutrality propaganda

For a project in my government class. A student is required to make a propaganda ad -- poster, audio, or video.

Semi-update: This is a poorly researched video (in other words, as mentioned above, school project), so if it doesn't entirely make sense, sorry.

I love how people are making serious comments on it, however.

Also: I know contract is spelled wrong.
