@EASEUP1983 Why does the date of the video matter? Plus it's not really what works best, you only say that because old school hip hop deejays turned it back words to put a fuck load of weight on the needle, not worrying about ruining the needle and or record. It was just easier for when they showed up to a gig rather than sitting there setting up the table properly having the crowd waiting.

@ready2blowup it really depends on your computer u should try the lowest first then move up until u have no problems

@EASEUP1983 No actually a broken in Shure 447 will track and work far better w/ the counter weight on properly, I mean it's w/e works for you but there's a setting that the Shure's work best on and A-Trak uses it and have never gone back to reversing my counter weights -

All the way down on the counter weight forward

4.5 on the height

Zero anti-skate.

Track like a mofo!

And SSL still beats Torq hands down BY FAR, but if they can get 2.0 to be actually good then SSL may have some compt.
