Further more- It's important to understand that America will always have troops serving around the world because of inadequately developed nations or uneducated peoples that do dumb things or intend to.

I served in the US Army in Germany and the last World War in Germany ended long before even my parents were born. We still have troops there and in Korea and Vietnam, Panama, Guam, Saudi Arabia, and the list goes on and on...
