This is the video of an event 'Techos School' which was a part of SPECTRUM '09 conducted by CSE final year of GBPEC-Pauri under the banner of CSI student branch in the college. We tried our level best to raise the standard of technical events in the college and hope we succeeded a bit in it.

  • Hahaha...It was a stage show actually...So the people were supposed to applaud... ;)

  • Next time cut the music and the clapping Thank YOU!!!

  • @ak47killer200 : You are right abt the clapping part....But the music was intensionally added....Thanks!!

  • where was the graphics card?

  • @GeneralDeer

I don't have graphics card in my system...But I have seen in other laptops that it is mounted on the board itself...Not attached separately

  • @DJMONKAY

Sorry buddy.. I am not a professional in this area..

I am an engineering student and this disassembling was a part of a college event...So it would not be possible to open the laptop again and make another video.

But I guess the shape and position of the MBD is shown in this video also. You just place the MBD in the same place, tight the screws back in position and remake the connection which were disconnected in the process of removing it.

Just have confidence and u will make it....

  • Thank's, now i can replace the cr2032 button cell

  • So Can i add an graphics card in it?

could you give me some suggestions because my friend is suffering without a graphics card in his system

becuase the new inspiron has a graphics card

  • Thanks for the video. I had to pull out the input for the power adapter to re solder the connections and this helped a whole lot. I fixed that problem, but now, for some reason, my down arrow and delete key don't respond. I probably didn't push the zif connector in all the way. I guess I'll be watching this video again tomorrow.

  • this video helped saved me $400! thanks!

  • I love how everybody applause when a part comes out.

    It feels awesome.

because it's a really annoying job to take a laptop apart.

    lol

  • AWESOME VIDEO thanks so much love the music. finally i can change my CMOS battery thanks a lot!
