You can open your console by pressing the ` button. Its called the tilde button. If it is not enabled, go to options/controls/advanced and select "enable console"

For some reason the killroy doenst work , same as trade all marks achievment.but all the other achievment works like 500 kills kar98

Guys if the console isn't working for you, make sure you go into options, click "Advanced" under the controls tab, and enable developer console. Thumbs up so everyone can see.

Just host a pub server, add a password to make sure no one can join and shoot at your feet with a rocket launcher. Got the achievment in about 3 minutes this way.
