Kid Creole, Grimaud 2011 - Concert Finale

Now, here is an interesting one. The show in Grimaud (French Riviera, Festival Les Grimaldines, August 16th) was great as usual.
Audience pretty cool, very excited when August, approx. 45 mins into the show, asked everybody to get up their seat and enjoy the party.
My point is : there was this woman, really excited from quite the beginning, dancing and bouncing around in front of the stage. And that's fine with me (if you don't get excited during a Kid Creole show, you're either depressed or very,very old...).
But then, during the final song ("No more casual sex",the present posting), she jumps onto the stage and starts to dance among the band. That's still fine with me, this brought something quite different and the tune was appropriate. But my opinion is that there should have been an end to it (basically, after August got the audience to give a big applause to the girl). But she remained there, until the final note ! You can see the woman in charge of the organisation come to her at the end to let her know (I suppose) that she should have come down way before that...
Party-goers are OK, but if they want their minute of glory, let them please move on, and avoid ruining my KC shows finales !!

As for the backing vocals, that's so embarassing ! This sounds so loud on the audio track, I hope I wasn't that noisy for the people around, what a pain it must have been for them !!!

On the other hand, I would have thought my singing was much worse, I don't sound that bad...

Maybe not good enough though to start a Coconut carreer ;-)
