Au cours de notre travail, nous avons rencontré de nombreuses personnes remarquables, mais la rencontre de Bob Dean a été l'un de nos plus grands privilèges. Il a à la fois le charme, l'éloquence et la vivacité d'esprit d'un "homme d'état" ayant acquis une longue expérience.

So obviously a 5 mile long spacecraft.... Couldn't possibly be anything else... What point of reference determines it's 5 miles long. I'd be willing to bet it's about 1 inch long and debris coming from the Apollo spacecraft. No proof here. Although I think this is all crap, I do like Bob Dean as a wonderful STORY teller.

55 minutes in, Bob Dean asks the most idiotic question, "Norman did you ever stop to think they are mining the rings?" That is exactly why we are a Type ZERO Civilization!...because we always think of "EXPLOITATION" instead of altruistic construction. It makes no sense for an advanced civilization that could probably create matter! to mine it! Laying the foundations for a Gigantic "Active Mass" Orbital Ring System, at least has the merit of common sense! Bob Dean's idiotic suggestion does not.
