A version in homage to Virgil Fox's epic recording!
Created with Peter Ewer's Cavaille-Coll organ samples. Hence some artificiality

Verse 1 - Fonds, Verse 2 - Tutti (+ Pedal)

  • IT ALL COMES TUMBLING DOWN TUMBLING DOWN TUMBLING DOWN

  • Just before a friend died of Cancer he told me that he was slowly moving into a beautiful white light. A voice told him twice to go back and he said he had come back to suffering. But he went into that light shortly after and is now at peace. The second verse of this piece depicts; On entering the kingdom of God.

Beautiful and what a sound. Virgil would have approved!

  • @karlakor - Rhythm???

  • @YunkoLaputa Title I guess

  • I know...I know I've let you down...I've been a fool to myself...I thought that I could live for no one else...

  • thank you very much for music and sheet.

  • Played at my mothers funeral by her request after a long fight with cancer. I always feel alright after listening to this piece through.

  • @marcellny it's the only piece I know I can't play but not because it's too hard but because it's so moving I am just unable to finish it. In fact most Bach works are too hard for me but this one is absolutely unique and beautiful!

  • @karlakor it's probably because you don't feel it :P

  • This is entirely too slow. There is no sense of rhythm or meter.

  • You wouldn't happen to have a decent quality MP3 of this, would you?
