I know what you mean, bro... people seem to get upset when someone opens the car up and does a few donuts in their parking lot..lol.
I've been looking for a spot myself.. that google map aerial search is a great idea!

Yeah, I recently found out about their "street image" option which you can get for most areas-- helps out a lot, as well ;)
