Islam is all about modesty and what the guy under my comment said. but in order to be a muslim you must follow the 7 articles of Faith, and you must follow the 5 pillars of Islam. those pillars are Acceptance,Prayer,Fasting,Char
ity, and Pilgrimage. If you do good in life and follow the holy book(the Qur'an) you will go to heaven. all muslims end up in heaven eventually, but if you lived out a bad life and didn't repent, you go to Hell for a certain amount of time before going into heaven.+ more -
Islam is all about purity trust belief and you only believe in one god (Allah) not like Hindu's who worship stones and where you don't lie and you keep the trust of the others also a advantage of being a Muslim is that even if you have done really bad deeds you pay for them on day judgement and then you go to heaven

Not everything you read on the net is 100% correct. and when reading the Quran you always need to read the explanantions behind the verses. its not as simple as reading a story book, its the Book of God.
please research more and learn the true Islam. I've seen heaps of people making opinions about Islam and as a Muslim I can tell you that most of the media and some sites on the internet are completely wrong, they're trying to badmouth the religion.

what you said there isn't really true. the girls to get their shares, I don't know where you got your information form but I think you misunderstood. A man's share is twice as much because he has to take care of his family with that money. A woman still gets their share they don't get nothing but it's less because they aren't responsible for the finance of their family their husband is. do you understand that?

We simply believe that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad (pbuh) is the final Prophet and Messenger of Allah.
The Quran is the book of guidance for Muslims and its is simply the words of Allah given to the Messenger through Angel Gabriel. In it you will find the Law of Allah and the way of life.answers to your questions are in the Quran and Sunnah. research and read :)
