If you are wondering what is it, it's Ironmugen 's full game project "Ultimate Garou: conquer your dreams". The game isn't complete yet, and only 16 chars are done for now (total is 24).

This SDM was in Fatal Fury Wild Ambition and was a little bit modified by Ironmugen/YUENDAI. ^^

I agree with Wulf81, this really looks and plays like a full fledged authentic KOF game from SNK. Props to that SDM done by Joe @ 1:10, is that user/fan created or was that on a KOF game? Fuckin nice.
